Dr. Nicole has been working in Physical Therapy for the past 11 years. Her training includes an Associates, Bachelors and finally her Doctorate degree from Grand Valley State University. Dr. Nicole specializes in Pelvic Health and Obstetrics because she knows how little GOOD information is out there for moms when it comes to postpartum exercise. When she’s not creating videos for her YouTube channel, Mamas & Misses, she's addressing the needs of local mamas that are working through the challenges of pregnancy and postpartum recovery at her private practice.
